The Youth Dream Alliance (YDA) is a Non-Government organization registered with the Societies act of 1860, that aims for socio-economic transformation of citizens and institutions through organizing, educating, engaging, and empowering communities and public institutions for a prosperous and healthy society.

Since its inception in 2005, YDA has focused on youth empowerment, peacebuilding and social cohesion, education, gender, livelihood, democratic governance and climate change & localized humanitarian actions as its key focus areas. Through its interventions in diverse sectors, YDA has successfully reached 126,803 direct beneficiaries (52% comprised of women and girls) through 36 development projects successfully implemented in different districts across Pakistan.

The approach of YDA has been to play the role of catalyst in the development process and bridging the gap between communities and public institutions. To achieve the goal of creating a thriving and prosperous society in which both individuals and institutions play an active role in promoting socio-economic development and good governance. The stakeholders, including communities, youth, civil society organizations, academia, public institutions, and elected representatives have been involved in a collaborative approach to address the issues collectively.
